Drove the pre-opening and opening of Muscat’s first boutique beach resort with 160 rooms. Managed Sales, Marketing and multiple operations with a team of 145 employees. Designed and implemented a two-year rate and business strategy. Achieved RevPAR of USD 215 and 9.5% market share within six months during the Gulf War. Delivered the highest GOPPAR among Muscat’s 5-star hotels.

One&Only Resorts

Responsible for three resorts with a total of 475 rooms and convention capacity of up to 600 guests. Led a Sales, Marketing & Revenue team of 25 with an annual budget of USD 25 million. Built and restructured the sales team, developing talent to Director of Sales level. Oversaw the transition to private-label GDS representation and secured positioning of the resorts within LHW, Virtuoso and Kiwi Collection. Spearheaded the early opening strategy of One&Only The Palm.

Crossroads Maldives
