Helen Bolton
Helen is an experienced Sales & Marketing professional who has over 24 years
in the hospitality and travel industry. For 19 years, she has worked and
lived in luxury resorts across the Maldives, Sri Lanka, New Zealand, and
Fiji, holding executive roles in both pre-opening projects and
international hotel brands such as Conrad, Waldorf Astoria, Anantara,
and Sun Resorts, as well as local brands including Crown and Champa,
Resplendent Ceylon, Heritage Hotels, and Per Aquum.
Specialised in leisure sales, Helen has also successfully managed MICE,
large leisure incentive groups, and destination weddings in the Maldives
and New Zealand. She is recognised for developing new markets and
effectively managing existing leisure and luxury B2B, B2C, and consortia
accounts globally, supported by a strong and trusted industry network.
Her career has taken her extensively across the UK, Asia/Pacific, UAE,
Europe, and North and South America to represent resorts and hotels at
travel fairs, roadshows, events, and through direct sales calls. A
strong communicator with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, Helen

Based in Italy she has developed a strong business portfolio, throughout her extensive 20 years carrier in the hospitality industry, Paola Vasta has covered the position of Director of Sales and Marketing for International Luxury Leading Hotel Chains becoming a wide – ranging expertise and while developing a strong network primarily in Leisure-Golf and MICE business segments.
In her professional experience, Paola Vasta was mainly in charge of start-ups and openings creating and building destination awareness by identifying the key parteners connections in Europe with special attention to Italy and Spanish speaking markets mainly.
